As a company Print To 3D will keep all information sent to us confidential. We will not sell or distribute your information to anyone outside of our company. All files sent to us will remain your property and will not be sold or distributed. If for any reason we may need to send your information outside our company or use that information for marketing/promotional purposes ; we will contact you for permission to do so. If further security is needed Print To 3D will sign your non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

We require a purchase order, credit card, or signature before any printing can be started. Once we receive one of the above we can began printing and the parts will be shipped as soon as they are complete. Our PO terms are Net 30. We currently prefer company checks over credit cards.All shipping charges, post proccessing, and handling are included in the quote price. Make checks payable to "Print To 3D".
Part Return and Quality Policy
Print To 3D tries our best to send the best quality parts out to our customers. If an instance occurs in which a part does not meet your quality standards we will do the following:
Repair your part using any means necessary to meet satisfactory standards. Examples: glue broken pieces, repaint the part, sand rough areas, etc.
If the part cannot be repaired, we will reprint the part and send the new one to you as soon as possible. This exchange part must be printed from the original file sent to us. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect files or design errors.
Since all printed parts are custom made we CANNOT refund your money.
We do not promise tolerances; however we have found most models have an average tolerance of +/- .005 inches and is usually no greater than +/- .01 inches.
